How do you use CPA-Redictor with a Content Gateway (i.e. Adscends one)

I know how to use CPA-Redirector with regular links, but not sure how to use it with a content gateway. Can someone please explain it to me?

Why do you need to use it if a content gateway is already available? Anyway, simply get the direct link if they allow it. If they don't have one (direct link) idk what you can do.

because the point of using cpa-redirector is to redirect the referral if ur using content gateway for black hat stuff
