How do you track remote employees with streaming/recording options?

Im looking for a solution to time track my VA/employees more efficiently. How do you do that?
Please share a solution if you have any.
(±$15/seat budget range)

Simple streaming can be done in Discord/Telegram, but there is no history or recordings or screenshots, etc.

Try this. It will automatically screenshot the user, has a stealth mode, make a chart for each user, and show their website usage.
You can mark websites as productive or non-productive and, based on that, get reports.

You may get better options. I have used this to share my experience.
