How do you think this kids making money? - Offering jobs for $10/hour

Got offered a job for $10/hour to serve (which I obv. don't need, lol). But this 17 year old is offering $10/hour jobs to serve and wedding and other banquets around my area. Says he has over 30 openings. Got me thinking, he must be making pretty good money if he has that many openings...

Do you think he just has contracts set up with these places and sub contracts out the kids to work there? kind of like a recruiter?

i think he has team of ppl who want to serve just for fun, n he pays them 6 or 7 dollars per hour and keeps rest for him

Maybe he just posts on craigslist alot?
