I'm not sure if this is the right section for this, so if it's wrong I'm sorry.

I'm just wondering how most people stay organized in this business?

I have around 10 wordpress blogs, and between them I have all this written content to manage and post, lists of stuff to do for each site, heaps of bookmarks (which are nicely organized so not that bad) etc.

Right now I have a folder for each blog, with a to-do list and then .docs of each post.

I just can't help thinking this could be done more efficiently, and was wondering how other people manage this?

Also I do a lot of offline writing, so something "in the cloud" would not really be suitable.

    Thanks

Google Docs along with Evernote is all you need to get organized.

Wow evernote looks great :) I use a lot of plugins for microsoft word though for my writing so it would be a pain to use google docs instead. Anyone else use something that works with word?

Built my own "cloud" service with Tonido... Stays on my server at the office but interacts with a couple of my dedicated servers to let me work from my notebook and netbook too.

    Code:

That's why you probably call yourself madinaz lol. j/k

I use excell sheets and using a whiteboard will help you bigtime. Before the end of the day put action points for the next day on it.

If you create a notebook in Evernote and SHARE it= it has an rss feed =

You can send it anywhere= into a blog= curation

    or a lens/hub/zimbio etc etc

So imagine being out and about with your iphone or android

You read something= evernote it = maybe edit later= feedwordpress will update the post.
