For example with a tool like senuke you can draw out the diagram no problem. How do people do it with tools like ultimate demon or with like scrapebox and xrumer? Do you just create a visio or mind map and then folllow that exporting lives links from one to the other to blast? If so doesnt manage all that day get cumbersome?

    So my questions are:
    01) Do people actually set up their linking strategieis in a visio or flowchart to keep track of?
    02) How do they actually keep track of all the links? I am guessing excel?

Thanks as I am trying to move away from using automated templates in senuke and begin building out my own strategies with different tools (AMR, SB, XRumer, UD, Etc).

Excel is my main tool. But just exporting them to notepad does just as well with a simple set up.
Demon is getting a diagramatical multi tier linking module in the next couple of weeks and the case study that's about to begin on demondemon.com is going to be based around using that.
I haven't tested it yet (and I'm apparently going to be a final stage BETA tester) so I can't confirm the exact details. But I will post hints/tips/let's play etc as soon as it's out and I have worked out all the nuances of it.

I too am a huge proponent of Excel.

It's easy especially with things like Dropbox to keep the files updated and synchronized among computers, and it's super easy to stay organized via Excel.

Yes it takes time, but I recommend trying to document as much as possible in order to setup systems that work for you.

If you are using something like UD or say a combination AMR, SB & Xrumer how does one design their linking strategies (not asking for specific strategies) just do you open a mindmap or like visio and draw them out? I know UD is moving to a linking diagram but I am asking how people do it currently without one.

I am just trying to figure out the most efficient way for me to do this. I was watching an xrumer vidoe and this pretty much what the person did in it. I was wondering if this the standard way people do it and then just keep tabs on what are lives links and what to blast in excel. Seems like with huge link networks this could get cumbersome very quickly.
