How do you send A w-9 by email? Will not let me save edited version

    This is puzzling as one of my AM wants me to send them my W9 to they accounting department via email. I have no clue how this is done. I googled it and got yahoo answers did the answer and it did not help.


    Any ideas?

    get a pdf editor, I think nitro worked for me. Try torrents or I think they give you a trial.

    As for the signature, just photoshop some crap and attach it to the dotted line. That worked for me.

    I always print them out, date & sign them, scan them & then email it.

    That way i have a hard copy, an electronic backup & they have it too.

    Some places require hard copy though, so don't forget to make a copy before you send it!

    why dont you FAX them?
    that is what i do.
    its much hassle free.

    I print it, fill it out, scan it, and email it. Most places require you to do this anyways, because you have to sign it by hand.

    u have to print it before u mail
    or else u cant sign
    and without sign they wont accept
