How do you sell your e-book without revealing your name?

Assume that you don't have a real company.

If you use paypal, they show your name on the payment page or in the email. You could use a fake name or company, but once you reach a certain limit they will ask for ID, so this is not an option.
I am guessing most other payment gateways do the same.

So does anybody know how to do this?

The only question I have is why you would want to hide your name when selling your own e-book? Seems a little sketchy.

Well my book is in English, and my name is foreign, it's definitely not good for reputation. Also the book contains medical advice, I will put a clear disclaimer, but if someone is pissed they can go after me right away if they see my name.

Ever heard of Mark Twain? His real name was Samuel Langhorne.

Writers use pseudonyms ;)

Use a pen name. Simple as that.

That is exactly the thing to do. I have a handful of publications that are sold out there that do not have my real name attached as I use a pen name.

I don't do it to hide though, I do it to expand my client base to various markets.

You can still use PP if you want, just open one up in a corporate name/LLC and the buyer will see the corporation/LLC as the seller.

Probably because its a shity eBook which will have a bunch of reviews but anyways he wants to get money. I know people who would give everything to have a book

It's not a shitty book, it's an instructional book on how to treat a certain medical issue at home. I have done it myself and it works.

Can I put the book on clickbank and then sell it through my site? Is my name hidden that way?

Use a generic message on your paypal payment form. Easy to set up. Even if they ask for id that is only to confirm your identity. They don't show it to buyers. Your generic thank you message will show.

2Checkout sends out a receipt in the name of the entity that has the account. If that entity is a person I would expect the receipt to go out in the name of the person.

We use them with a couple of our LLCs and they send the receipt out in the name of the particular LLC attached to the 2CO account.
