I noticed in a particular forum I found last night that the thread poster was redirecting his thread to a website. Like I would see the thread in Goolge search click on it and then see it very briefly start loading the actual forum before redirecting to a website. My question is how do you do this exactly ? I have seen this before but really never thought much of it, I'm guessing it has to do with the "Source" editing option on the thread ? And you just need to add a certain code to make it all work ?

These due basically what I'm looking for, but the problem is once I do these redirects the forum thread gets picked up in Google as the website page I'm redirecting to which I don't want to happen. Like the Google index acts as if this forum post IS the website I'm pointing to even showing that the page was indexed days ago, even when this forum post was just posted minutes ago. What Kind of redirect code could I use to stop that from happening?
