How do you guys personally, do it?

Do you read real books, iPad books, Kindle books or what other device you use? And how do you get the most out of them? Do you take notes, or what?

I really like reading real books and try to read at least one book per month. Overall, it depends on the book. If I read books that are related to history or economy, I usually make notes.

If you read in short blocks of time (15 minutes or less) your retention of the information increases.

I bought some books by a guy called tony buzan. He teaches speed reading techniques, note taking, memory techniques and most importantly mind mapping. Brilliant skills to have and you will digest and remember information so fast.
