Let's suppose that you have a plan to make some things every day. For example, you need 1 hour to study spanish, 8 hours to work, 2 hours to your side hustle job and 1 hour to study programming.

How would you organize it?

Method 1) Set fixed times:

7pm ~ 8pm, everyday, I will study spanish
8pm ~ 10pm, everyday, I will study programming

etc

Method 2) Set flexible times:

I need to do these things and I can do whenever I want, the time doesn't matter, I just need to do it until 12am, for example

Do you have another ideas? What is more efficient?

i like the second one more. list the tasks u want them done and dont sleep until all of them are checked.

Decide which of all the things you need to get done every day, and do that as much as possible every day, then let the other stuff interrupt you for the odd hour or so. But have something that is your priority above all else, that once you finish your job for example, you know you MUST complete this activity, even if it takes an hour only, get that done first, and have it in your mind as a priority. Its amazing how much you can get done as the weeks go by with this method, but remember to record your time done, so you have something to reflect on, and prove you done the hours.
