How do you manage more than 1 Project?

Do you dedicate one particular day for one thing?

Lets say you started 2 new sites.

So whole monday for 1 site, then whole Tuesday for another site?

Personally I have a task list and dedicate time to just crossing things off the check list. I don't focus too much on which project it's a part of, as long as the due dates are on time and stuff
