How do you make money thru coding?

You could learn about marketing and how people are using the existing platforms to generate money. Then you can apply your coding skills by aytomating some of the processes and sell those programs/scripts.

e.g : By engaging with IG techniques you might find yourself building a bulk account creator,or a hashtag research tool or whatever.. You get the point

Build your own website, application or even games. Try to learn how to market it, or sell a service where you offer your program/website. Make it monthly/once or whatever type of payment.
I used to freelance until i started my own website where I was selling my products. Kinda left freelancing to the side, since I made way more selling my own apps.

Besides the obvious - freelancing or working for a company - you can use coding to give you an edge on the competition.

For example, I wrote my own IG research tool. Saves me a massive amount of time in finding hashtags and users to target.

I wrote my own little applications to simply trading cryptocurrency. Saved time again, which can be reinvested.

Starting up affiliate sites or a blog? Use your coding to customize your Wordpress theme to do exactly what you want, instead of trying to make your cookie cutter site stand out.

You've effectively covered what people write code to do... development applications (be it systems, web, mobile, etc.). Aside from teaching, you've literally covered the entirety of what programming has for deliverables. Those are very basic descriptions though. You could develop your own mobile app, launch a service, find freelance/full-time employment, etc.

Personally, I am employed full-time as a developer. I do some freelancing on the side, via my own business. And I have a couple of ideas for services I am slowly putting together and launching. The first two provide a comfortable quality of life for me and my family.

You can make money by creating an application and sell the service / membership / monthly payments.. Also you can earn too by mentorship other people. This can be done via webcam and real life
