Whats the keyword density for making a pdf seo friendly.

When targeting a keyword phrase do I need to make it hyperlinkd
with anchor text or just sprinkle it in the text.

Google looks at the file properties. You need complete this witch title, descriptions and tags.

I know I should put my keyword phrase in the file properties.

How should I do it, use one thrase like abcwidegets.pdf or
abc widegets.pdf
