How Do You Know What Keywords Have Hungry Buyers Ready To Buy we Call them buyers keywords

I am figuring out what keywords are buyers keywords because a lot of keywords have high search volume and no demand from people who actually buy regularly and other keywords have low search volume but a lot of people who punch those keywords into google are doing so because they actually want to buy something. I used to check googles adwords tool and go for keywords that had low competition and very high search volume. I'm not sure if this is effective. Any thoughts ideas or suggestions?

Don't use the keyword tool to judge competition. It's for adwords competition, not SERP competition. Ideally you compensate for both aspects. High buying rate keywords combined with high search volume are most likely competitive as hell, so you should compensate while maintaining a good balance.. or just be lucky.

i've always gone for the obvious ones eg buy keyword ( assuming it's a noun ) keyword for sale, buy keyword in UK, buy keyword in London etc

others like keyword review.
