    Hey,

I was just wondering if you guys know how to know if youre sandboxed for a particular keyword and how to get out of it? Do you ever get out of it?

Should I keep building backlinks or just give up?

Personally my best tool for getting out of the sandbox is time. Do a bit of back link building and wait. That's what's always worked for me.

yeah Ive never really been sandboxed because I always use adsense and I think it helps not getting sandboxed. I started a casino site a while back and I cant put adsense on it so I think it might have been sandboxed.

Im not sure its just that I cant find it in the first 400 results for my keyword but I can find it if I search for the actual URL. Its a new site so I was never in the top 400 to start with so Im not sure if it was always sandboxed or if its just not old enough to be in the first 400 or something.

I have had many many sites sandboxed (delisted by Google)
throwup an autoblog on a subdomain
wait a few weeks it will be back.

In my experience, the best way to get out of it is to get a couple of powerful authority backlincks while continuing to update with unique content. Get rid of any on-page/off-page over-optimization ( too much KW density or too many backlincks with same anchor following an "unnatural" pattern ). After that, it's just a matter of waiting a bit.

Regarding this, I read somewhere here on BHW that a digg from a somewhat old account usually does the trick. I've personally tried this method and it seemed to work a couple of times, and then again not a third one.

    Good luck.

So how do you know if youre sandboxed or just not old enough to rank for the keyword?

The search of your website FULL URL in Google returns no search except for referral websites. Do some social bookmarking and eventually you will get out of it.

that sounds like great advice. just make sure the autoblog is the same topic as your main site. google will see a bunch of content coming from your site and then probably put you back in.
