how do you keep your accounts alive?

im manually creating the account with sim phone verification, i upload profile and cover pics, try as much as possible to make the account look real by liking music, movie, tv show, sport pages ect.. and i only join 14 group for each account, i set up a firefox profile for each account and i switch ips using vpn everytime i log in to an account, i only posted manually in 4 groups on each account and bam everyone of them got the identity identification checkpoint

Let them age for a while, get some friends, update like a normal user would.

i have accounts that are a week old with some friends but they still got the verification road block, i try to chat with people and like and share stuff on my wall but it takes alot of time doing it manually on all accounts
