Im catching up with my accounts today (living the dream!) as Ive got behind this tax year. Im usually pretty good with it but this year ive been slack due to being busy offline. So here i am now trawling through my paypal activity log for the last 12 months and entering the details into a spreadsheet. Problem is I have loads of payments that just give a recipient's name and no details what the purchase was! So im wasting even more time trawling through my emails. Basically Im looking for an easier way to do this. Any suggestions? Ideally I'd like to automate it somehow but I cant see how that can be done. I use sage for my offline work as thats simple invoice in/out all in GBP. I cant see a way of doing my online stuff on there though as i have two currencies on the go (USD & GBP).
