So personally, I use a Macbook Air, Windows 7 desktop and an iPhone 6. I also have a Windows 7 laptop that I sometimes work on.

I have about 5 email addresses: 1 school, 1 personal, 1 business, 2 product support

How do you guys manage working across all these? I hate buying a new phone or computer and having to hook up all of the settings.

Is there any cloud services you use to import all mail, then fetch it onto each of the individual platform apps, and also via web?

Someone reading this has a damn good email setup and I want to hear about it! I don't know how anyone ever gets a response from me lol.

Gmail account -> Settings -> Accounts and Imports -> Check mail from other accounts (using POP3):

then add all those accounts to

Gmail account -> Settings -> Accounts and Imports -> Send mail as:

    voila

One place to view all emails, and respond from any of the accounts you own.

Gmail, Drive and Voice have simplified my life greatly.

I really miss Google Reader though :(

No. Even the one with Google Desktop was just a fancy wrapper for their web based client.

Just use Outlook/Thunderbird with IMAP. POP3 gets a little weird with Gmail. Unlike normal POP3 servers, "remove from server" option doesn't work (or didn't last I tested, years ago) and actually just marks that email virtually deleted. And it's a pain to undo that.

Well if I use Outlook, I can only send outgoing from the main Gmail, right?

I think it's one of the signs of me getting old, but I just despise Metro apps.

Love Windows 8, and the new start menu; but hate the Metro apps. Why are we regressing away from multi-tasking!!
