How Do You Keep Facebook Ad Accounts From Getting Restricted?

Warm accounts slowly, run small campaigns first, keep landers clean, and avoid repetitive copy or aggressive scaling.

Even when you follow policies, ad accounts can still be disabled due to Facebook’s automated risk systems. The most effective way to keep accounts safe long-term is to build trust gradually: warm up accounts slowly, maintain stable spending patterns, use consistent business assets, avoid frequent changes, keep clean payment history, and spread risk across multiple compliant ad accounts instead of relying on just one.

I’ve had the best results doing exactly this. Starting with low-budget campaigns and varied copy helped accounts last way longer compared to aggressive launches.

Maintaining a high trust secure through consistent security habits and strict policy compliance will keep your ad account healthily and thriving.

FB looks more at behavior & trust than just policy rules. Aged profiles, stable IP/location, slow spend scaling, and keeping the same creatives/billing for a while help.

Even then, some bans are unavoidable; it’s part of FB ads now.

Use an anti-detect browser with high-quality residentials and let the account run low-budget engagement ads for a week before hitting it hard.

Some ways you can fix this include adhering to Facebook's advertising policies, using Business Manager to verify and maintain a consistent payment method, and using only one IP address.

I keep losing ad accounts even though I follow policies, use clean landing pages, and proper billing info. It feels like no matter what I do, FB still blocks them. What’s your approach to keeping accounts safe and active for longer?
It appears you've been using accounts that Facebook has revoked. Please be cautious when using these accounts.

Bro, FB is getting extremely strict these days. A lot of people are losing accounts even when they follow policies, use clean landing pages, and good billing.
My approach to make ad accounts last longer:
  • Warm-up very slowly (small consistent spend for the first 5-7 days)
  • Keep campaign structure simple (don't create too many ad sets)
  • Use high quality creatives and fast, clean landing pages
  • Billing info must match 100%
  • Scale gradually — never too aggressive
  • Spread risk by using multiple Business Managers
Even doing all this, there's still no guarantee. Random disables happen a lot now.

One thing I have learned is that account quality matters as much as campaign quality. Even with compliant ads, trust signals tied to the profile, BM, payment history, and overall account activity can affect reviews.

1. Set up multiple accounts as backups, but ensure a one-to-one-to-one ratio: one IP address, one BM, and one account.

2. Mimic real user, like posts and leave comments. Do not immediately change the password or profile picture of a genuinely active account (it is generally recommended to wait about seven days).

3. Keep the budget modest when setting up ads; $15 per day is sufficient for the warm-up phase.

4. Avoid making frequent changes to your ads.

In short, the fewer changes you make on Facebook, the safer you are; simply remain patient.

you should warm up the account slowly don't make big changes and keep everything consistent even then sometimes fb still bans accounts.
