I will admit I am a spammer. I justify my spamming because online advertising is too expensive, and the vast majority of webmasters/bloggers treat their sites like casinos. They want all the traffic to themselves. And if anyone wants to advertise they will change so much that you can't possibly make a positive ROI. it used to be that many bloggers, for example, allowed you to post comments embedded with links to your suite provided the links were non profit and helpful. Not anymore. They are ensuring that the barrier to entry is impossibly high for new entrants. so i say F*ck em. I drop my link. Google adwords charges too much for keywords (including long tail ones). CPM rates though the roof.

I would never spam this site because it is a treasure trove of information and economically speaking I would actually lose money to get banned here.

I consider spamming when someone sends you a salespitch full of promotional links inside and those nigerian scams
As long as someone sends you real opportunities and real information then people should be glad that they are receiving them straight to their email address.

Plus there are spam filters and the emails suspected to be spam are thrown in different folder and most people will always delete them with one click

I am spamming myself, but in a lower scale, cause I don't have a dedicated server. But my case is different. I don't care if someone acuses me for spamming, because in my country there is no particular law about it.

Because it's safer, and easier than writing letters and creating landing pages on paper which I would then have to put in an envelop and stuff in the mailbox of the entire neighborhood. Safer because online i don't take the risk of losing a piece of my ass cheek from a shotgun blast. Plus leaving cookies inside them don't have the same effect as on the internet.

Other than that if you ask it to my face i'd say the emails get in my way while going about the internets.

spamming isnt even in need of justifying in my opinion. but the TRUE scamming and identity theft type shit is bad. the problem is that common folk confuse spam with scams.
