Hi BHW, I was just wondering about how other SEOs are invoicing their clients.

    1. How do you invoice your clients? (e.g: every week, after every link building campaign is completed, etc)
    2. What do you charge in your invoices? (e.g: hours spent on link building, total project fees, etc)

    Personally for me,
    1. I send an invoice at the end of every month
    2. Total project fees as agreed in the contract

    Cheers!

I use the paypal invoice generator.
It gets the job done and it looks pretty professional.
Also the fact that it's sent through paypal, makes it show as a payment request.
Depending on the project it's usually the full price, on rare occasions the invoice is sent in multiple parts.

I use Paypal to bill. It's expensive but everyone is comfortable and familiar with Paypal.
