How do you index your Profile links?

I was just wondering how you get google to index your profile backlinks ?

Do you need to do socialbookmarking and rss and pinging etc

If so, what tools do you use?

It just doesn't seem google ever can find your crappy profile.

Profile links are much different than regular backlinks, one of the biggest concerns that people have is they take a long time to show up in any backlink checker tool, and you will never see all of the links. However, there are many tricks to see that your profile pages have been indexed, what I do is use a unique username for all the profiles I create, then after 2-3 weeks I do a Google search for that username and it allows me to see most of my indexed pages.

You'll have to create a link cascade and then ping and bookmark the first one. So that simply means if you can leave some of your profile url's in the first profile and then when the spiders crawl the first profile they will find the others.
