How do you guys warm up Instagram accounts in July 2021?

I am trying to send out 125 manual DMs per day for a business of mine
My set up is 1 account per phone, 25 DMs per account
It's been working fine for 3 of my phones but recently I added 2 more brand new phones to scale to 125 DMs
I was blocked on the new account after sending 3 DMS.
Do you guys have a proper way to warm up accounts? I am reluctant to buy aged accounts because of the creation being from a separate IP, I would rather use my brand new account I created but warm it up first.

Any new user wouldn't randomly start sending the same DM to multiple people.

All I can suggest without giving out too much in public is to act like a real human. Do things that a normal user would, stay under the radar and then increase the numbers gradually over time.

Each of the 25 DMs I send are unique, maybe instead of starting with 25 I'll do 5 per day for a few days, 10, 15, 20, and then 25
 
Instagram right now is set up to crack down on any sort of behaviour that appears automated and/or spammy. That means that what you used to be able to easily do before, might get you banned right now.

Have you previously got any bans/blocks on your phone, on any other account before?
