I set up 2 google accounts different emails and both of them got suspended.

The one that got suspended today was running good until I set up the 10th campaign/ad and it said suspended.

I think ads are still running but they are in the "bid strategy learning" stage, how long does it take to get out of that stage and start actually getting impressions and clicks ?

I am a bit new to this, going through a course but implementing things. Thanks in advance if you guys reply !

YOu can always try to make an appeal. Sometimes it's the bot the make the ban but that doesn't mean you are in violation of their term.

You have to start completely afresh which can be expensive in the long run because how many times can you get yourself a new device for example. But there are people who manage it and continue to use Google ads.

Why does it get expensive on the long run ?

You actually don't need a new device. It sounds to me that you are trying to run a legitimate business and you're just new to google ads, since you stated you were following a course. Well, I'm just like you, then, if that is the case. I can tell you that you don't need a new device. They may or may not track it's unique ID, but is seems to not matter. I have created a couple of new accounts now, all of them on the same device. And the ones I ended up getting suspended was because of me and my beginner mistakes, but because of some random indicator that I have created new accounts in the past. Right now I'm running ads on that same device. I'm even using chrome which you would assume definitely tracks such information about the device it's being used on, but seems to not matter.
In your shoes, I would really try to figure out why you were suspended. You really don't just get randomly flagged. Pretty much everytime it's because of something you did. Because if you don't know, it may very well happen again. And if you do and you can explain why it happened, that you had no ill intent and that it was merely a mistake, you can definitely get your account back.

To me, it sounds like you were suspended because you had 2 seperate accounts. If google links them, you will get banned most likely, even though both are legitimate. And the reason would be "suspicious payments". They don't want you to have more than one account. You can create sub accounts. If you gave them the same payment method for both account, then that is why that happened. In that case, try to be both polite and professional about it and tell them you re-read their policies and have now figured out that you are supposed to only have one account. Tell them you take their policies very seriously and that this was a mistake on your part. Cancel on of those accounts and also tell them about it. You have to always solve the problem before appealing.
If you have already appealed and have gotten back a recline, there is a very good chance that they don't answer you back after that. You'll have to see, but responses seem to be very quick nowadays. If you don't hear back from them after more that 10 days, start creating a new account. They probably won't answer. I have also seen a connection between this red "submit an appeal"-button and the chance of response. If that button is still there after you have sent an appeal and it does say something like "appeal filed on october 31", that appeal was most likely discard and they blocked communication with you. Though, it may take a couple of minutes for that to appear. Just check back after half an hour and if it still just shows that button, I would start making a new account.

I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you're new. Hopefully this helps you in some way and you get back on your feet soon. Good luck!

Thanks @ReginaWinkler was able to get past this hurdle a few days ago, it was because I had created multiple accounts, and second was because my original account needed to be updating. It needed a non expired debit, not that my first created in 2016 is good I am currently testing ads now.

Is this a secret you'd be willing to share through pm?
As far as Google Ads goes, these days there are no longer any "free lunches" available. No one in their right frame of mind would these days share their working methods, it is just like shooting oneself in the foot and not only me, but many other members also mention the same thing. If you need to find a working method in something that is competitve & controlled by dynamic algorithms, then work your ass off for it and if you cannot do that or fail after your efforts to do that, then load funds into your wallet or bank account and then Hire A Freelancer.

For me it helps to be very clear and consistent with what I want to promote. So I never use one account for more than one website. If one Google Ads account get suspended it don't effect my other accounts

Have you tried changing the bank account to one where the main payment is in another currency?

I heard same thing in 2021 and 2020 as well, but i still find useful pieces of information, and even full working methods publically shared here and there. When you test yourself, after xx accounts made in different ways and with difference tools you'll start seeing patterns and then you'll start noticing some articles/posts are more accurate than others, and then you will find some answers in them

Understand how a real user would sign up for Google Ads on their personal account, and replicate it as close as possible.

It says your account is suspended for a suspicious payment activity. I had the same issue last week because I used a different card other than the one I use regularly. What you need to do is take a photo of your card, hide middle numbers only first 6 and last 4 digits visible. Submit an appeal and explain that the card you used is physical card and it belongs to you. Attach the photo of the card and your identity document. Couple days later, account unsuspended. At least, that’s how I got my account back.
