Knowing how complicated Tiers can get in an SEO campaign, how do you guys organize your campaigns? Say you build some Web 2.0's manually and the rest of your Tier 1 links manually -- then you use software like Senuke XCR to build your Tier 2 / Tier 3... but with so many different link types (diversity) it can be hard to keep stuff organized; so how do you do it?

What about when it starts building up to multiple websites and multiple campaigns for each of those websites?

Also, this may be a little bit off topic, but do you guys focus each campaign to an individual keyword (while still focusing on LSI + relevant keywords obviously)?

    Any suggestions?

The lower the teir the less important to track in my opinion.

    Excel is your friend.

Start by planning out the overall strategy on a whiteboard or a mindmap. It helps a lot to map out the whole thing visually. Focus your time and attention on the most difficult and most manual parts. Generally, that's outreach and high level backlinks. Other stuff, like Web 2.0 properties, multi-teir link schemes and such can be outsourced, in whole or in part. A lot of these strategies are pretty well known, so you can pretty easily just pay someone to create a whole link wheel or link magnet for you.

Managing multiple sites and campaigns isn't that complicated if you have an overall structure to all of them. If they're all random, built with all kinds of different links, of course it's going to get confusing. But if you mindmap it out first, it's pretty easy for you (and your staff) to keep track of.
