best way is to form a US LLC and apply for Stripe account for your LLC.

Consequently, I have been using Stripe for my LLC for over a year without any problems. Therefore, forming a US LLC is the most viable option for obtaining a Stripe account from non-supported countries.

my goodness. the ai takeover has started. you have a clone XD
its quite easy to create a stripe by forming a usa llc,,,there are companies that handle this easily, they range from $600 in their pricing. but if you have someone there it will be cheaper. getting ein is also what will get your stripe activated and for non us citizens it takes weeks if not months. but if you are in a hurry you can buy already created companies or already created stripe accounts or get a us partner to use thier ssn for instant ein. i have two companies llc and they have been workinfg fine with stripe.
