How do you get your site menue on google description ?

    Certain sites have instead of a description and menue of their site linking to different pages. How do they do that ?

    check webmaster tools. you need to have a well established site and traffic for google to display them

    Yeah you can't control this. It's all up to google. Make sure that your site map is submited to google webmaster tools. You usually will need a pretty big site and links must be very easy for google to crawl

    You need to totally dominate your keyword, this useally only happens with your domain name. You don't need to submit your sitemap or have loads of pages. I have this with a site which has only 15 pages, no sitemap submitted. In google webmaster tool you can decide which links to show.
