I have 3 videos now that good quality, and I have bought about 150k views, and a lot of subscribers. However, I'm not getting a lot of views from "Real" people. I am #6, #16, and #8 on the three videos (All on first page). The keywords look to be searched often but I'm just not getting the views I've hoped for. I was thinking maybe it's my tags? Is there a tool that you can use to find how many searches are for certain keywords on youtube?
My videos are only a week old now, so I'm not looking for millions of views, but I've only got about 50 for all three videos.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I feel like audience retention and good keywords get you put as a related video on the side of relative popular videos..... I can't confirm this though. That would for sure lead to real views, in bulk too.

And how big is your competition? That's the most important thing to ask.
I personally use adwords keyword tool and always did. Look for the most relevant keywords which I use in the description. And for tags I use those with the most searches or buyer keywords.

Are your main keywords toward the beginning of your video's title and description? Try to keep them within the first 60 characters. I've also read not to over do it on tags, I keep my amount to around 10.

I was noticing a competitor outranking one of my videos for the city we were in even though I had added our the city's name as a keyword, in the description and also in the title. This really annoyed me so I tried to tweak/optimize what I had going on: basically arranging the text and making the city name closer to the start of any text. Now we are right next to this competitor or above them. They have 20,000+ fake views, 100+ fake likes, 3 comments and subscriptions. My video has 400+ real views and 3 fake likes and my video ranks/performs as well, or better, for those keywords and location.

+1 to all of these, you said all your vids were on the first page, so I assume competition is pretty low or not doing any SEO, double check your targeted keywords in both Google and Youtube keyword and filter by exact searches not broad, the keywords you are targeting might not have as much search volume as you originally thought.
