How do YOU get referalls?

Yeah I've only managed to get a couple in my day, is this a sign?
I wanna know how everyone else does it, you do NOT need to post if you're just going to tell me you wont give away your 'secretz'

Just give them an incentive to sign up under you... Such as a free book on earning money with CPA if they sign up under your account on the CPA affiliate. Be sure when you are going with the method of incentives to give them something for something. If you just want referrals and it isn't helping you then whats the point. If you are getting 10% of what they make on the CPA affiliate then it should work great.
