I need to use a bunch of stock photos for my blog. I'm really confused with all this and need some discussion here..

    1. Do you use Creative Commons licensed images and credit the owner, etc? And where do you find a big variety of images under CC?

    2. Do you just use the images without crediting? What are the chances of getting sued or getting a DMCA?

    3. Does placing ads on your blog where the images are count as "commercial use"?

I prefer to play safe with my money site. I pay small monthly fee to a website kozzi to get quality images that can be reused.

I hope this will help you. Try shutterstock its free right now and the shots can be resized to your specs. If that don't help then i will definetly have some thing solid in less than an hour if you send me the specifics. Im bored and could use something productive to do

I know you can search Flicker for images using CC without restriction. Could try that.

Google around, there are sites with free royalty free images you can have. I take these and photoshop 2-3 together and BOOM, unique images that are free.

Shutterstock is the best site to get Stock Photos, Illustrations, and Vector Art. you can search and get your desired photoes, images here and can resize them according to your spec and can use them on your blog. I am also using it for my blog.working good.

    1. Flickr, Pixabay.

    2. It depends, if I use an image from Flickr I'll always credit because you have some users who can and

    3. Generally this is applied when it is used in a paid advertisement or product. For use in a page with adsense or something you're okay.
