Hello all,
I am looking for guidance on how I can get thousands of keywords to feed the AI tool without cannibalizing issues?

When I was doing keywords research I am getting multiple keywords which are similar and have potential to create issues. How you guys tackle this? As the content created for the similar keywords by AI tools are similar only. So how do you guys tackle this?

Do you straight away feed the semrush/ahref data to AI writers or do the filtering to remove similar ones?

First of all feeding 1000's of keywords to an AI tool is not practical as it will eat up your prompt and token limit.

To avoid keyword cannibalization, you will have to master the process of keyword grouping or clustering and content planning.
One of the best ways to create a content plan is by segmenting the keywords as primary and secondary.
Primary as the name suggests are those main topic keywords.
Secondary includes others like related ones, long tails, and questions.
Now look through the serp results of top-ranking pages for these keywords to create topical clusters.

Alternatively, you can use the AI to create topical keyword clusters by giving a set of keywords not 1000's.

My personal favorite is I just look through the serp results of top-5-ranking pages and use their info to create the content plan.
