How do you exclude dead product links in Clickbank's hopfeed?

So I'm testing Clickbank's hopfeed ad builder, and everything looks good but I notice 2 things:

    1) Diet solution program STRIPS my affiliate ID and replaces it with someone else's (I'm guessing the owner). How do I exclude it? I have a banner for it anyway somewhere else on my site, so it doesn't matter if it shows up in the hopfeed.

    and...

    2) There are product links that popup that lead to parked pages, or it throws up a 404. How do I exclude these? They're a waste of space and clicks!

Anyone know how to do this??

Yeah, it's useful. You can create an ad unit that looks exactly like adsense and rotate it with an adsense block to maximize your earnings.

I got this idea when I landed on
    Code:
    http://diggersrealm.com

Sometimes you can see the hopfeed alternate with the adsense units at the top and left sidebar.

It looks great except the product links result in 404's and parked pages sometimes (for my keywords anyways) and I have no way to exclude them from coming up.
