I have read 7878's thread earlier and understood how people get potential clients for ORM. What I do not understand is what services you offer them with respect to removing those bad reviews??

I would like to know what kind of ORM services help the client remove those bad reviews. Any inputs?

From my understanding, you don't remove them, just limit their visibility in search results by promoting positive reviews. But I may be wrong.

Sadly they will not remove them, like dark said above me. The best practice is too get more positive reviews so they don't see the negatives.

Are there any services proving positive reviews? Like how we buy Youtube view, backlinks, etc. I mean are there any paid reviews service from different IP?

The ORM system should be a complete system for the client otherwise you are failing them long term.

Step 1- Address the stated issues with the client and find out if it is really a problem or a matter of the squeaky wheel getting all the grease

Step 2- Work on a review management system with the client that allows for happy customers to post reviews and angry customers to have their review diverted to someone in service, sales, marketing etc...

Step 3- Create sites designed to reach page 1 with good reviews for the client

If all you do is jump to step 3, long term the client will not improve their reviews nor will they learn from mistakes nor will they improve their perception amongst the client base.

If you do all 3 the client base will begin to acknowledge your client as a very receptive and motivated brand and perhaps then they can change the online perception.

    Getwhatchuwant,

Thank you very much for your input. So I help them build a review system that will redirect positive reviews to Google reviews/Trip Advisor/etc and negative reviews to an employee (sales manager or such). I got that point. Thanks!

However, I do not understand how would you optimize the positive reviews?

Also, what if that company has nothing but only bad reviews? You will have nothing to optimize in that case except for building their own review system. Am I right?

you can build other web 2.0s (Wordpress, tumblr etc., ) for the brand and social media pages.. twitter , facebook etc., to rank for their brand term.. that way pushing the bad reviews back down to page 2 :)
