How Do You Decide Which Crypto to Hold?

I would like to know what aspects you personally consider most important when deciding which cryptocurrencies to hold for the long term
It is advise to choose/invest with stable coin which are the capital coin in market, investing with token/nft maybe time consume and not profit orient in short term invest/stake.

Not a good option for beginner who has no idea about cryptos.
it does not need a special knowledge to stake with crypto currency market, some exchange wallet had secure investment with good profit rate for certain period invest to make easier for beginners/newbie in crypto invest.

These days I try to mostly keep it simple and stick to BTC/ETH. I’m in it for the long run anyway and don’t want to keep swapping around from low cap to other low cap coins chasing pumps.

For long-term cryptocurrency holdings, I prioritize strong underlying technology addressing a real-world need, a dedicated and active development team, and a healthy level of decentralization that suggests resilience. Network security is also vital, robust protection against attacks increases confidence in its longevity. Finally, I look for evidence of adoption beyond speculation to indicate sustainable value.

When it comes to holding long-term, never buy a lot at once.
Bitcoin & Ethereum : I buy a bit (very little) of these once a week. So, price fluctuations would not hurt, as in the long run their prices are sure to go up. Infact, I expect Bitcoin price to touch 40,000 and then there would be an upside again. Whatever it is, I buy a bit (very little) of Bitcoin & Ethereum once a week, sometimes once in 10 days.
Yeah, the "gurus" call it DCA (dollar cost averaging).

I mean I have some crypto's which I know the price of and the market, so just take the ones you know and buy low sell high.
