How do you deal with troll clients?

Seriously how do you deal with such clients who are just there to troll you.

I personally say nothing evil to them but they ruin my mood.
 
You just troll them back, And make it even.

But make sure when you work with them, Then your delivery is at its best.

Yes, that's a way out of such situation.
Blocking them immediately and moving on
My concern with this plan of action is that they might deliberately leave a negative review on BSTs and things like that.
I send them to my competitors telling them that they are better and cheaper.

Honestly, I match people's vibe. If someone approaches me as a cunt, guess how they are getting treated.

I will always treat everyone with respect, until they show me disrespect. I figure it is just how they want to be treated.

I will still actually provide the support as required, but with a little sass in return.

The customer is always right, until I've had enough, at which point, fuck em.

Either this or I insult them and THEN block. If it's during sales call or dm (so prospects from hell, not clients yet). If they start acting shit after they paid and I'm doing delivery I'll tell them what I think. Most stop being annoying after that. Some get hysteria and want their money back, I tell them I'm not obligated by polish law to return a service, returns only work for items, and I finish the service even if they don't want it anymore (I mean, I took money in my real name for wh service, won't just run away with their money).

@nakamura Did this a couple times too, if someone expected free service I'd go back to the group they posted their request in and comment under their post warning other freelancers. Please do this guys, it saves everyone's time.
