How do you close deals on the phone/through email?

    I will be targeting small businesses which aren't local but are in the same country so how can I close deals without meeting?

    How do i send them to a payment website such as Paypal and persuade them to actually pay ?

    I will be create a good looking Wordpress website for myself.

    read 50 example sales scripts
    create your own sales script
    Practice it 100 times int he mirror
    make those calls
    close those deals

    also, how do I take payment, preferably through paypal.

    Well, you just solved your own problem in the same sentence that you asked for help in solving it.

    Taking payments through paypal, works just as you asked about.

    You can "request money" in paypal, create an invoice, email the link to your client through Paypal all at the same time.

    Instead of using a script, know the needs of your customers like the back of your hand. By the time you're 2 sentences into your script the line will go dead half the time. This won't build your confidence. You can write down a few notes, but a script will just make you sound unnatural and turn people right off. Stay conversational and let the customer do most of the talking.

    Warm up your calls first. Send a letter, then email, then finally call them and just act surprised they didn't call you back. You'll be surprised how often you'll find the customer trying to apologize and then giving you the floor to explain yourself as compensation.

    Don't talk about yourself. Don't talk about price/payment until the customer understand the benefits of what they are getting.

    Make sure you have a professional website, toll-free number, office extension, address, and real business registered. Nobody wants to work with some freelancer desperate for work.
