How do you call those letters..

    You know those letters that you send out companies that you want to do business with? How do you call those letters? I want to find them on Google and just get a feel of how they are written, a template almost.

    I dunno dude but sounds like a business, and a letter, i dunno man, it's hard....

    just teasing, would like to hear the answer myself, is it business letter?

    or if someone that you already have dealt with before or a specific project, etc.. could be a
    business proposal
    quote
    letter of intent

    really depends more specifically what you are looking for, can you give a little more about what kind of letter you want to send?

    Great question!

    I've also been baffled in the past when trying to call letters and other miscellaneous objects. No matter how hard I try to get through they just don't pick-up. How rude.
