How do you brand your Services?

I'm currently trying to turn my offline company that was mainly focused on website design into an online marketing focused business.

What I was wondering is what everyone calls their services?

From my experience when mentioning "SEO" to a potential client they sometimes freak because they've been burned before by false promises and dodgy businesses.

So what do you call your services instead?
