I own a youtube channel and I always share my videos by hand.

I guess there is probably a much easier way to automatically share my newly uploaded videos?

I need to share on 2 facebook pages, 4 twitter accounts, 1 pinterest, 2 tumblr and 1 blogspot.

    How do you do this?

There isn't some magic site out there that is going to set all of that up for you in just one click if that's what you mean by a simple way ;)

+1 for ifttt. It shouldn't take you long to set up what you need there.

    Okay, Thanks! :)

Do social network algorithms like IFTTT? Or go IFTTT post significantly less viral than native posts?

Another vote for IFTTT as a viable solution. An alternative approach and option is to create a blog and post your video there - you could then use a myriad of plugins to post to your desired networks automatically and/or on a schedule. IFTTT does the same job is FREE, and honestly doesn't take that much longer to set up. I think more people should create their own recipes to meet their exact needs.

I've done this for years using yahoo pipes to customize feeds, hootsuite or twitterfeed or IFTTT or Snap(wordpress plugin) to set up the auto-posting to networks. These are all super easy mechanisms to achieve your ends.

There is no direct answer to this actually. The networks themselves don't particularly care HOW content gets posted to their platforms. The real key is the interactivity of your accounts, and your tweets/status updates. If you want things to become naturally viral your social accounts will need to be highly targeted with "engaged" users who like/share your content. This of course can be manipulated 100% on any network. If you're willing to do the leg work, and solve the challenges - this is a pretty easy/doable method for getting steady traffic in most niches.

So no - you should not expect to be penalized somehow for using apps/shortcuts to post content. You will however need to figure out things like ... when to post ... how often to post ... what to post ... and most importantly either how to manipulate it to look like your content matters or how to create actual content that matters. You will also likely need some sort of bot solution for getting subscribers/followers once again unless your content is actually viral by design.
