I've seen comments where they stuff a big load of keywords but not all at once. For example -

Let's say my 4 keywords are
    dog training
    apple eating
    pirate hunting
    duck jump

I like pies. Pies are extremely delicious and i like them so much. apple eating. I almost got sued today for literring in duck jump public. How luck was I, like pirate hunting seriously. Finally, I managed to duck jump get my ass un-sued.

It's a BS comment full of keywords randomly placed everywhere. How do I do this? Are there any softwares out there that can do this? I mean, it's obviously the work of a software, or the KWs would've been placed more strategically.

pull a block of text from a pdf of a novel or something similar - doesn't matter as long as it's unique.

Just drop your keywords randomly into it. It's not rocket science, just a lazy way of avoiding duplicate content. I've done it on all the edu wiki's floating around at the moment
