The only reason I can think of as to why they are not already banned, would be that NOBODY has reported them.
Which is very unlikely since the reason I found them was that the account popped up on my "explore" page.

Last night, the account eatmyload started posting child pon, me and some other big accounts started telling our followers to report the page and stuff

just search the tag #eatmyload on IG, the porn pics arent there but ull get the idea of wht went down

we even called the FBI and all,
