How do sites like kissanime host their videos?

I know they host the actual files on google drive, but how do they transform the links into redirector.google.com links (which are links that are cloaked, are bound to your IP, and expire) that include the "&ip=x.x.x.x" parameter that is different from your IP, without getting a 403?

There are tons of streaming sites that use this technique, but I still havent been able to figure out how.

Another example is api.getlinkdrive.com, which gets all the available redirector links for the file.

Any thoughts?

they probably have google drive proxy script, which you can buy, if you search.
