Hello everyone, I plan on starting an e-commerce site through drop shipping, I want to use stripe as my payment processor,I'm stucked with EIN issue, how do someone get free EIN as a non US citizen?

You can get an EIN number by just phoning the Philadelphia number 001 267 941 1099.
You should have the SS4 form open on your PC, so you know what parts they are talking about.
They ask you if you are familiar with the form, and you should say yes.

This is the easiest and quickest way.
You will be asked a lot of questions about your business and the reason for applying, so make sure you read the SS-4 in advance. If you don't have a business already, then I think you might struggle to get an EIN.

The thing is, in this example the individual does not need an EIN.
To fill in W8-BEN, you just need to put your country of residence and your tax number in that country. If the United States has a taxation treaty with your country of residence, then you normally will not be subject to withholding tax.
