How Do Magazines Get Away With Taking Pictures of Celebraties?

    I get it, paparazzi does it, and sells the pictures to the clubs.
    My question is... How can the magazine do it without the celebrity saying, "Nah homie, I don't want my picture in your magazine" or something? Because lets face it... those magazines survive on drama from celebrities...

    Celebs love publicity. Anyhow, there are clearcut rules for publishing images. Publishers follow those laws in most cases.

    It's free publicity for them and sometimes it revives there careers or makes them feel important for 5 more minutes.

    I believe that once a person is considered a public figure or celebrity that they are legally fair game for that kind of thing.

    Some like KK insist on publicity especially when showing off her very small butt:eek:

    She needs cameras as she cannot live without making a fool of herself every day!

    There are laws regarding these things. Media can take pictures or say things about anyone, but of course, there are limits.
