How do Lookalike Audiences work?

Lookalike audiences are pretty straightforward. You give an ad platform a source audience – like your customer list or people who visited your site. The platform then analyzes that group to find common patterns and traits. After that, it searches its huge user base for new people who look just like your source audience based on those patterns. It's a way to expand your reach to similar potential customers. Very effective if your source data is good.

Lookalike audiences are based on your existing data - like website visitors or past customers. Facebook finds new users who share similar behaviors or interests.
