I have been doing going through alot of accounts of Kpop Stars and it shocked me to see how the engagement is so good and there followers seem to be so loyal.
To me it looks like the Kpop industry has cracked the social code of getting a strong fanbase .

Thats just an observation, now the question is how can we replicate the same thing but another industry ??
Do you think they used ads to boost at the beginning ?

I think if we find out how they are doing it , it will benefit everyone on here. Engagement is far more important than anything.

Because almost 95% of their fanbase are teenagers and girls. Their bullshit backstage shows addict these kids.
Starting a shorts channel on especially on BTS niche will blast you thousands of subscribes in a few weeks.

This is because they've deep knowledge of human psychology and their main target are early teenage girls. These girls act as the perfect obsessed followers because they defend their kpop idols with their life.

Of course the fanbase is literally obsessed fans but what im saying is how did they get to that point ? What started such a fanbase ? im sure it was
not always like that. also the way they are able to maintain this popularity is crazy.

Just take a look at the K-Pop music videos. It's hard to find one that is subpar in terms of production quality. The industry requires incredibly high-quality music and video production, which includes the backgrounds, costumes, and choreography.

It also incorporates various genres of music and dance styles, which appeal to a broader audience than sticking to a single genre. However, the most important factor in their marketability is how they look. You don't see any fat cheetahs with triple chins killing the K-pop scene.

Also, there is no doubt that male audiences, especially Western men, sexualize East Asian women and, to a lesser extent, vice versa. The subreddit r/KpopFap is a prime example of this.

I think because those accounts of Kpop Stars are take advantages of their idols. The followers are fans, what like follow is their idols so content about idols will attract them. Idk but it is difficult to follow this in another industry
