How do I use Ratio Faker?

I'm fairly ignorant about how torrents work beyond the basics. I have Ratio Faker v0.9.10 but I'm not too sure about a few things.

for instance, in the settings it says "Report my upload as:" and then there's a box where you fill in a number followed by another box where you fill in a number, then beside it "times my:" and then a dropdown box which allows you to either click download or upload.

"Report my Upload as ___blank number___ - ___blank number___ times my _Upload_"

I think this setting is so your number doesn't go up suspisciously high and the mods don't ban you. However I have no idea what to set it as because as i said I know little about torrents. Just the basics, How should I set this????
