How do I use my own avatar image?

    Hey guys.
    I just have to waste your time with silly things.

    I want to use my own picture for my profile here but cannot do so.
    When you click on the avatar thingy, the only options are 1. delete/not use avatar or 2.use the pre-made ones.

    will check it out.
    totally new to this, so don't even know where to look at first to see how to set up things etc...and greedy me went straight for the downloads :D
