So I have a site on GoDaddy, a blog is what it is.

And I bought a new domain with namecheap, and hosting on HostGator, so I want to move my entire blog from GoDaddy to Host, how can I do it?

I was thinking of .zipping it, then .unzipping it, but it says "20mb" max, and its waaay more then 20 megs... grrr...

Just go into your Cpanel and click on Backups and select Full Backup then download that zip file from the home directory. Then upload it to your new Hostgator account and just Chat with Tech Support and they'll install it for you. Bada Bing!

yep also don't forget to edit the config file as you will have a new user name and password for the data base unless you name it the same.

If you need help moving the site let me know and I can move it for you.
