I guess you have been changing you IP address frequently that alone can trigger Facebook to require verification code.

Make that device the device that is allowed to log in, so your device will not need to be verified by email every time you log in.

In the settings, you will see a list of authentication methods. Find email authentication and turn it off or edit the settings so it doesn't send a verification code every time you log in

Lol, all are writing the Same but nobody know If the 2FA is even activated. Your IP could be a reason, If its a new unknown location you recieve a code too. So make sure in first step that you use IPs that matches the location where your acc is located to.
